When you choose the set channel name format&#x20;

You can choose the fromat that you want it to be set for your tickets. Make sure that you copy how it's bening show like the picture is shwoing.&#x20;

Once you get everything setup for your tickets you will post all of the information here and once you click submit it will get posted to the channel that you want to go to.
